Before Itqan
Founders kept stalling between idea and investor-ready. Every tool that promised to help was cold, form-heavy, and forgot them the moment they closed the tab.
Founders stall in the gap between 'I have an idea' and 'an investor would fund this.' The tools that promise to close it are cold and form-heavy — a deck builder here, a task app there, a financial model in a spreadsheet nobody opens. Nothing walks a founder from raw idea to a story worth backing, and nothing remembers what they said yesterday.
The bridge
After
Mutqin is live at mutqin.xyz — one onboarding chat becomes a portal a founder actually returns to. It is the clearest proof of how Itqan builds: a brand kit, an in-repo design system and a character system, shipped with the product instead of bolted on afterwards.
What we shipped

Brand & character
The personality is built with the product, not added after — a brand kit, an in-repo design system, and Mu, a six-pose companion who asks the questions. That is the Itqan standard.

Every founder we coached hit the same wall — a real idea, but no story an investor would back. So we built the companion we wished they had, and gave it a face. Mutqin is the sharpest example of how we work: brand, system and product shipped as one thing.
