The Challenge
Generic CRMs, ERP platforms, and project management tools each solve one piece of the puzzle — and none of them are built for how a design and development studio actually operates. Running Itqan across disconnected systems meant constant context-switching, manual reconciliation, and no single view of project health or financial performance.
Our Approach
We built the entire platform from scratch — a single system covering project management, client pipeline, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting in one place. UAE-compliant e-invoicing was built in from the ground up, not bolted on. Every screen, every workflow, and every data model was designed around how Itqan specifically operates. Built with Next.js 14 and Supabase.
The Result
A fully custom operations platform that replaced every disconnected tool the studio used. Projects, pipeline, tasks, invoices, credit notes, expenses, and financial reporting all live in one system — with real-time data, mobile access, and e-invoicing built to UAE standards.
